How do I book a room at the Cliffs Bed & Breakfast at Sodus Point?

Fill out our reservation form, email us at bookings@stayatthecliffs.com, text or call us at 315-812-1845.  We will respond within 24 hours, typically sooner.

Currently, we do not support direct bookings. Please reach out to us via email, phone, text message, or by filling out our reservation form. We aim to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours.

Payment is due at reservation via a Square invoice. Click the link in the Square email to pay securely by credit card. Upon payment, we’ll email a reservation letter confirming your booking and providing essential stay details, including dates, accommodation, check-in/out, amenities, and contact information.

  • Cancellations made 14 or more days before arrival are eligible for a full refund.
  • For cancellations made 7-14 days before arrival, a refund will be issued, minus the cost of one night’s stay.
  • Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival are non-refundable pending the rebooking of the room by another guest.

While we adore animals, we kindly request that you leave your pets at home to ensure a peaceful and comfortable stay for all our guests. Local boarding kennels are available for your convenience.

Guests aged 14 and above are welcome to stay in our rooms when accompanied by a parent.

To maintain the privacy, security, and exclusive atmosphere for our registered guests, only individuals listed on the reservation are permitted on the property at any time.

Our rooms are designed for double occupancy, accommodating two adults or one adult with a child aged 14 or older.  Additional guests would require booking an extra room in advance.

Check-in: Check-in is between 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM. Please contact us to make arrangements if you need to check in earlier or later. The latest possible check-in is 9:00 PM to ensure minimal disturbance to our other guests. 

Check-out: 11:00 AM. This allows us ample time to prepare for our next guests.
